Dr. Renee Reynolds, PMP, PMI-ACP is the Founder and President of R Squared Consultants, LLC—a strategic consulting firm specializing in project management, systems engineering, acquisition, and brand strategy for corporate, government, and business clients. With over 25 years of experience, she brings a rare blend of operational leadership, creative vision, and technical precision.
A Navy veteran and former federal civil servant, Dr. Reynolds has led multi-billion-dollar modernization and new construction programs across various U.S. Navy ship classes. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, an M.S. in Engineering Management, an MLA in Digital Media Design, and a B.S. in Computer Science.
She is a PMP-certified project manager, an ICF-trained executive coach, and an adjunct professor who has trained hundreds of professionals in instructional design, visual media strategy, certification prep, and organizational development.
Through R Squared, Dr. Reynolds leverages her experience across the public and private sectors—combining warfighter-level discipline, government insight, and brand-forward strategy to help organizations lead with clarity, operate efficiently, and position themselves for long-term success.
